- Business Registration: Official government certificate.

- Financials: Audited statements for the past 2 years.

- References: Details of 3 industry partners or members.

- Proof of Experience: Details & proof of 3 recent shipments.

Business Registration Certificate

Please upload a copy of your official business registration certificate. This helps us verify the legal existence of your company as part of our onboarding process.

Company Ownership

Please share full details of the individuals, entities, or other ownership structure of your company.

Main Tradelanes & Volume

Mention your 3-5 main tradelanes (countries) and estimated yearly volume.

Financial Due Diligence

Please upload your audited financial statements for the past 2 years. Examples include your Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement. 
This helps us confirm the financial stability of all applicants as part of our due diligence process.

Network and Industry References

Option 1 (preferred option): Check our member directory map here. If you know any current members, please list their name(s) and company. 
Option 2: If you don’t know any members yet, please give us three professional references — these can be long-term clients, agents, or suppliers (e.g. an airline, key customer) you’ve worked with for over a year. 
We will contact these references as part of our standard background check.

Certifications and Affiliations

Please upload copies of your current industry certifications and other relevant affiliations. This helps us confirm your compliance with industry standards.
Examples include: 
• IATA
• ISO (e.g., 9001, 14001)
• AEO
• FIATA
• BASC
• C-TPAT
• Registration with your local Freight Forwarding Association
• Or any other Certification or Affiliations?

Freight Forwarding Experience

The CrossTrades Network is dedicated to connecting agents with a proven track record in Freight Forwarding.
To ensure credibility, we require details of your 3 most important shipments handled in the past 3 years.
For each shipment, please include: 
• Cargo description
• Origin & destination
• Year handled
• Role of your company in the project

Supporting Documents / Proof of Shipments

Please upload any files that can support or prove the 3 shipments listed above (e.g., photos, bills of lading, client confirmations, or other relevant documents).
